If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS! Lashes must be in an unused state and in their original packaging.
Sale items: which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!
